55. How I Tripled My Revenue (My Real Numbers + 2026 Strategy)
In this episode, I’m getting very real about my business journey and sharing my actual numbers.
I wanted to record this episode because I know how easy it is to look around online and feel like you’re the only one struggling, or like everyone else has it all figured out. So instead of sugar coating things, I decided to break down what really happened in my business over the last two years, what worked, what didn’t, and how I was able to triple my revenue this year.
I walk you through my revenue from 2023, 2024, and 2025, how I went from barely being profitable to tripling my revenue in 2025, and the hard lessons I learned along the way especially around pricing, capacity, and paying myself.
I also break down the four revenue streams that made up my income this year, why my highest-earning offer, and how I’m restructuring my business to build something more sustainable moving into 2026.
